Hotel Jerome, Aspen

Concept development, underwriting, menu development, music programming, launch & training for the Hotel Jerome’s recent public space renovation making the Jerome the go-to spot for Aspen après ski and night life.

Owner, operator and concept developer of New York’s famed La Esquina located in Nolita in New York City. La Esquina is a Michelin-recommended restaurant, speak easy, bar and nightlife destination rolled into one package. It set a new standard in the market and spawned a host of imitators, which has made it a New York institution for the past 15 years.

THE DRAYTON HOTEL

7 Drayton Hotel, Savannah 

“Situated in the center of Savannah’s Historic District, the hotel reinvents one of Savannah’s oldest buildings dating from the 1890s. Carefully restored to embrace the building’s 19th century exterior, The Drayton Hotel creates a luxury experience while staying true to its historic roots, paying homage to the building’s traditional Victorian architecture and neighborhood charm.”

Silver Street led public space programming and concept development for both the front and back of house in all hotel outlets, including the restaurant, destination bar, lobby cafe and roof bar. SSH worked closely with the developer and designer on design and operating layouts and detailing, identified senior management and developed the menu, operating systems and training manuals.

CASTELLO DI RESCHIO

Umbria, Italy

“An ancient estate, a millennium-old castle, a forward-thinking family – and the singular aim of protecting and restoring an extraordinary corner of unspoilt Umbria.”

Set on 200 magical acres and rolling hills in western Umbria, Castello di Reschio is the game changing singular vision of the Bolza family. Silver Street assisted in the strategy, programing and concept development for the medieval castle, formal restaurant, casual scuderia, pool cafe, and library bar. Food and beverage is the beginning of the experience at Reschio as guests ride on horseback, play tennis, shoot, swim or taste wine around the region.

AMERICAN DREAM RETAIL COMPLEX

New Jersey

“American Dream is a revolutionary, first of its kind community for fashion and luxury retail, fine to casual dining and an array of unexpected entertainment.”

Silver Street worked closely with the developer of the entertainment destination known as the American Dream Mall. SSH helped develop the food and beverage strategy, space programming and adjacencies, concept development, systems development, underwriting and launch of several areas and outlets - including the destination restaurant area, food hall and coffee bars.

LE JARDINIER

New York, NY

Silver Street led all aspects of the concept development, underwriting, operations critical path and launch of this French vegetable-forward restaurant in New York’s midtown area, earning it a Michelin Star in its 5th month of operation. SSH worked closely with interior designer Joseph Dirand on the final design detailing and FFE packages, and with Chef Alain Verzeroli on the concept, menu concept and service touch points.

THE MARK

James Gersten led the Jean-Georges team on concept development, space programming, systems development, management hiring, staff training and launch of what has become the “canteen” to the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He also worked closely with interior designer Jacques Grange on the final detailing and FFE packages.
